For several years, our team has been providing groceries and hot meals to those in need in the Chicago area out of humanitarian concern. In early 2022, we officially established the non-profit organization Salaamah Social Services to continue and expand this work, with the goal of serving underprivileged families under humanitarian principles of compassion and charity.

We started small, supplying just 5 families per month with 50-pound boxes of groceries and sharing hot food with a few individuals. But thanks to Almighty, his blessings and the generous support of our community, Salaamah Social Services has grown rapidly.

Today, through our grocery box program, blanket distributions, hot food assistance, and utility payment aid, we strive to make a meaningful positive impact on the lives of all members of society in need.

Our charity work focuses on alleviating hunger and food insecurity by supplying essential groceries and hot meals with the ultimate goal of uplifting our community and ensuring no one goes hungry, at the same time showcasing Ethical values of empathy and service, we are dedicated to creating positive change.
